Dear Matti,
The photo shows of course no yellow Cyp. tibeticum but "typical" Cyp. tibeticum and "typical" Cyp. flavum. The subtitle says it was shot on the Balangshan, but this is certainly a mistake (wrong text under the photo), because there is no such habitat on the Balangshan. I am quite certain, that the photo was taken in Huanglong. The plant communitiy, the yellow tufa in the upper left corner, all this is a typical look in Huanglong. By the way, very rarely a flavinistic tibeticum, i.e. a specimen with yellowish base colour but no red pigments can be found in the wild.
