Everything has worked out fine (see the posting "in-vitro medium required" in this forum) and I hope to sow Cyp. pub. var. pubescens soon, immediately when I have prepared the agar-medium in bottles. I still have one question:
How many bottles (about 5 cm/2" accross) of seedling should I make from one seed capsule?
I will tell you all how my "experiment" will work, from now on its only a matter of waiting - almost =)
