The form "deep yellow" is characterized by the yellow staminode, it is somewhat smaller and the colour is intensively yellow.

The form "pale" occasionally occurs in populations of the common form. The pigment anthocyanin is missing.

The form "white" has white flowers with purple dots. It is smaller than the common form.

As long as we do not have a better nomenclature I suggest to use this classification, especially when it comes to the production of seed (hybrids or the pure species).
