Cyp. Reginae & Ulla Silkens full sun?

I've heard that Cyp reginae and its hybrid 'Ulla Silkens' can take full sun provided that the roots are kept cool. This summer I plan on constructing an artificial bog for pitcher plants and some acid loving bog orchids. However I was contemplating creating a secondary fen for the calcium loving Cyps and was wondering if these Cyps could take full sun in these conditions. I am aware that these Cyps don't need bog conditions to thrive and are quite happy with mesic conditions, but from my understanding they wouldn't be able to handle the full sun conditions without this ample water supply. Lastly are there any other Cyps that can handle full sun when grown this way? Parviflorum, pubescens, acaule for the acid bog, etc.

Other information to perhaps consider: Hardiness zone 6-7 in Southeastern Pennsylvania; Full sun will last from roughly 11 am until sun sets.
