Some years ago I have made some attemps with Colchicin. I have used seeds of Cyp. flavum and Cyp. parviflorum.
I can`t confirm that the plant are realy polyploid: The bloom has the same size of normal plants, but surprisingly Cyp. parviflorum has bloomed in the second growing season.
More experience would be necessary.
