I am not an expert on Cyps, but it looks healthy to me. Even if it is Botrytis, there's no need to burn the plant. It's ubiquitous.
Chlorothalonil/ Daconil (whatever the name of the product is in your country) should do the job as Camiel suggested although it is not generally considered systemic.
